Visa Process

We provide lodging and transportation service if you want to apply US VISA in Matamoros, Mexico. Most of the time the process requires a TWO NIGHT STAY at the Best Western Hotel Plaza Matamoros with the exception of a holiday or every now and then the U.S. Consulate computers go down and will have to stay an additional night. The transportation service includes:

1.- Pick you up in U.S. Sun-Fri, then drive you to Best Western Hotel Plaza Matamoros for checking in.

2.- First Day, Drive you early in the morning 7:45 a.m. to ASC, Applicant Service Center, to get your photo and fingerprint taken, will wait for you and drive you back to the hotel.

3.- Second day, drive you to U.S. Consulate for your interview in the morning usually at 8 a.m. and drop you at the OXXO convenience store across the street from the U.S. Consulate . It takes you about 1-2 hours. Once finished, you can go back to the OXXO convenience store, call the hotel front desk (phone number is (868) 816 1696 MX or (956) 545 5255 USA), let the front desk clerk know that you are finished at the U.S. Consulate and are ready to be picked up. About in 10 minutes, same person will pick you up, and bring you back to the hotel.

NO PHONES OR ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE U.S. CONSULATE, JUST BRING YOUR PAPERWORK NO BAGS.

4.- Drive you to pick up your visa, wait, and drive you to the U.S.-Mexico border.
